As you arrive, you’ll begin to picture all the relaxing moments you’ll spend in the great outdoors whether catching up with loved ones on the plentiful outdoor seating under the shaded, wraparound porch, grilling up delicious barbeque meals in the fresh forest air, or sitting fireside as you toast up tasty treats under the vast canopy of stars. The home’s seclusion offers all the peace and privacy you’ve been looking forward to, while desirable local attractions await just moments away.



This picturesque community is encased by the stunning Kootenai National Forest, providing a perfect backdrop for a tremendous variety of recreational activities. Immediately to the west you’ll find the majestic Lake Koocanusa, a sparkling reservoir that stretches over 90 miles, offering ample opportunities for boating, fishing, swimming, and picnicking along its scenic shores. Fill your afternoon with water-themed activities by renting a tri-toon at the Abayance Bay Marina for your own day out exploring the shores, captain included! Within less than 10 minutes you can find yourself in nearby Eureka, filled with exciting options for shopping and dining. If you’re bringing your own boat along, the Mariner’s Haven boat launch is also within a 15-minute drive away.



Stepping indoors, the log cabin theme is in full effect, where soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop open spaces adorned top to bottom with warm wood trim and accents creating a cozy environment for connectivity and entertainment. Gather together in the living room to swap stories of the day’s adventures, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty during the cooler months. Steps away, the dining table seats 6 for formal meals and spontaneous game nights alike, with views of the picturesque outdoor landscape kept front and center. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for creating culinary delights in the convenience of home, with ample counterspace and cabinetry assisting with preparation and storage. Up in the loft, a second living area awaits where you can enjoy surfing the channels on the TV or sneaking off for a quiet afternoon nap.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size bed in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Rexford is ideal for camping, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, boating and rock climbing (at nearby Stone Hill). In addition, Rexford is a great starting point for driving the 67-mile Lake Koocanusa Scenic Byway, open year-round and offering an abundance of scenic recreational opportunities.
