Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring water-safety practices are followed. The use of flotation devices for children is strongly recommended.

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front door for safety

Regular pest control is provided, though occasional desert insects are possible

Minimum age of primary renter is 25 and must be present during the stay

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking

A $500 security deposit hold is required (see house rules)

Festival-season bookings follow strict cancellation policies with no exceptions
