Really loved this house and its proximity to winter activities (approx 30 mins from ice castles and 15 mins snow tubing). The house its self was spacious and clean. Lots of space for larger groups or bigger families traveling together. Very nice rustic feeling log cabin. Host was very responsive to messages also. Only reason for 4 stars was the basement door didn’t close properly and we were traveling with small children, so we had to block off door so it couldn’t be pushed open. So there was a little misunderstanding at check out in regards to this situation, but host was understanding and reasonable and sounds like he was going to have the door repaired. Also not a huge issue, but the driveway is a steep hill so if you have a car and are staying in the winter time it may be difficult to get up the driveway. But overall like I said; a great house, responsive host and great location!! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!
