This is a entire home a few blocks away from Pine Nursery Park. Come experience the wonderful activities in central Oregon in an upscale, professionally furnished home specifically catering to larger families. Kitchen is fully stocked, we'll provide the towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. to make this your home away from home.
This house has everything you'll need to cater to multi-family groups. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have private, attached full bathrooms for privacy. Beyond those 5 bedrooms, there are 2 other spaces to sleep (bonus room and den) for a total of 7 separate sleeping areas. The mattresses are all high quality so there's no need to fight over beds.
We have several strict policies Guests need to understand when booking this property. Failure to comply will result in $100 fine:
1. No more than 6 cars allowed on premises per group
2. Absolutely NO exterior loud noises, such as Radios, Bands, Broadcasting, etc. This is not a party home. We are in a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of noise levels at all times.
3. NO wandering to neighboring properties, respect the property boundaries.

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. First off, this house has space. The photos do not show how large the rooms are. We filled the place to the 18 person limit (travel baseball team and a few parents) and we never felt cramped. The yard is also amazing and spacious. The boys were able to create a makeshift wiffle ball field for fun between between games. The hosts were very responsive when a few issues surfaced (they were all minor). Check in and check out was a breeze.Sadly our team didn't fare well in pool play, meaning our last game was in the late afternoon. The hosts were able to accommodate a late checkout so we didn't have to spend 4 hours waiting at the field with a group of restless 14 year olds. We ended up winning our final game! If I ever am back in Bend with a large group I'll rent this place again.

Great place for a large group. Everything about it was easy. House was clean, well maintained and I would stay here again if I have another large group.

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-14 yrs old). We were in town for a concert and a long weekend. Overall, the house worked well for our party and we had a great time. Positives are: it's very spacious and easily accommodated our large party, both inside and out; neighborhood is beautiful and large lots make it very private; location is an easy drive to all that Bend has to offer. Negatives are: home is in need of updates as wear and tear are evident and cleanliness & housekeeping are a real issue. We found public hair in one of the beds and left-behind clothing in a dresser (underwear, socks, t-shirts, etc.). The carpets had some pretty significant stains throughout and it didn't look as though the floor had been mopped (dirt evident along baseboards). The BBQ grill was extremely dirty, inside and out, and caught fire many times from all of the built up grease. With a little work and some owner investments (including a better housekeeping service), this home could be top notch.
