One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.

This was a wonderful stay! We had such a great time. The room stayed nice and cool and it was super clean. The tv wasn't very bright but we never watched anyway. We had plenty of towels and toilet paper. I do remember seeing that there was a car garage in the advertisement, however never saw one at the property. Check in/check out was easy. The view was perfect! There were a few beach chairs and a boogie board to play with. I would have loved some coffee for the coffee maker. That was the only thing I was bummed about. Everything was fantastic!

Good for 2 people. The view was amazing. The digital key did not work. The bedrooms are very small, especially the primary BR. You have to sidestep around the furniture.

The unit needs some TLC. Paint and refresh. The kitchen was not adequately stocked and nothing matched. The twin bed broke and was not the fault of the occupant. When we needed maintenance they were there quickly. Overall our stay was nice but unit needs to be updated and refreshed.
