Welcome to Midsummer Night’s Dream, a beautifully updated Seaside home in a truly prime location—just one block from the beach and directly across from the West Side Pool. This dreamy coastal retreat is ideally situated to help you and your family make the most of your Seaside getaway.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious screened-in front porch—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset while overlooking the serene footpath and nearby pool. Inside, on the first level, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. Two feature king beds and private baths with showers, while the third is a king primary suite offering a full bath and direct access to the porch.
Upstairs, natural light fills the open living and dining areas, where a fully equipped kitchen, bar seating, and a convenient half bath make entertaining easy. The living room features a 75-inch flat-screen TV with access to streaming services including Netflix, Apple TV, Max, Disney+, and more. Step out onto the large second-floor balcony porch, which spans the length of the home and includes outdoor dining and lounge areas with treetop and pool views.
Continue up the spiral staircase to discover the show-stopping rooftop deck—an open-air oasis with sweeping views of the Gulf. Whether you're enjoying sunrise yoga, sunset cocktails, or stargazing, this private perch adds an extra layer of magic to your stay. The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The good:-Location is fantastic. You are basically a block from beach access. Quick walk to the square. Across the street from the pool.-High-quality bed linens.-The front porches (downstairs and upstairs) are awesome. The furniture is good. It's low-key magical. -The roof deck is small but has fantastic views. You have to go up these stairs to get up there and you have to lift this latch, so it's a little cumbersome but cool. -The house has personality and is a good size.-I arrived earlier than 4 pm, but the people from Homeowner's Collection sent someone to meet me and go ahead and give me the parking passes and stuff so I could go ahead and park or go to the beach/pool if I wanted to. The person that met me was very nice. The not so good:-There was a good bit of mold in the ceiling on the second floor.-There was a cockroach on the 2nd floor bathroom.-The house had a weird smell on the 2nd floor. Probably from the mold? -Inside of the house is charming but outdated. Bathrooms are very outdated. Kitchen appliances are old. Icemaker was not working. They said they were sending someone but never did. They did send someone to bring us ice but that was a day late. -Homeowners Collection was not always quick to respond via text and sometimes did not answer the phone. -Master bathroom's ceiling was kind of gross. -The property was not available until 4:15ish pm. Check in time was 4 pm. I was literally waiting outside with groceries.

Midsummer Nights Dream was perfect for our 5 person group in Seaside. The bedrooms all have a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms were all generous in size. The bathrooms are a little small, but perfectly adequate for a week. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination, the other 2 have walk in showers. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the 2nd floor. Both floors have very nice porches that we enjoyed for eating,a cup of coffee, or a cocktail. One of the pools is right across the street. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and into town for dinner or shopping. We ate some wonderful seafood! Some of our favorites were The Great Southern Cafe and Surfing Deer.I would recommend that there be a few extra pillows available in the closets and maybe a few throw blankets provided. The furnishings are comfortable and purposeful, if a little dated. I did love the touches of pink. I would definitely rent this home again for the same size group.

It was an idyllic vacation, and we could walk everywhere in less than 5 minutes-food, shops and to the soft white sand blue waters. Even with everything in close proximity the house with totally peaceful and very quiet with lovely porches and rooftop for relaxation. It was the changing of seasons and the only change we would have made would have been to have the pools heated!

The property was nice, but it is very dated. The toilets do not work easily, the living room a/c was not working properly, the wifi went out. There is evidence of mold on the ceiling in the living area.
