Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Close to Notre Dame! Less than 1 mile to the Stadium! You don't have to pay for parking on game day. The house is great for a few couples attending a game or someone bringing their family. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom upstairs and a finished basement with a 4th bedroom & comfortable couch. We also have an air mattress. The backyard is great for small gatherings or just to hang out.
The house is on an electronic lock and I am available by phone if you need anything.
My husband is an Alumni and our daughter attends ND. We decided to get a place so we can come often and share our place with others who like to do the same. We can help you find what you need due to our familiarity of the area.
Other Info about the house:
There are 3 big TVs (65 inch in basement, 50 in living area & 40 in one of the bedrooms). The one in the living room has Xfinity TV. The other 2 can connect to any internet service.
The house is new to Airbnb so we would appreciate your input on things you think we may need. We just added a 2nd bathroom & 4th bedroom.
We hope you book with us and enjoy your stay!!

Everything about the house was exactly as presented. Clean, modern comfortable. 4 bedrooms plus mat in basement for extra sleeping. Easy walk to the ND campus. The owner was great to communicate with.
I highly recommend the house and will reach out to rent it again on our next visit to Notre Dame.

We loved staying at this home for our son’s college move in weekend. It was perfect for our family of 5.

We had such a wonderful weekend with our group...that included 3 elderly grandparents. The upstairs and basement were a little challenging for the one taller adult...but the house was perfect, in a perfect location, with a perfect hostess. I wish that we had found this house four years earlier!!
