2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Fairway Dunes 11 is a beautifully remodeled three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Wild Dunes — each bedroom with its own attached bathroom, so every couple or small group has genuine privacy and comfort. The home is immaculate, the layout is spacious and well-designed for gathering, and the beach is under three minutes on foot. Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and activities are all steps away, and the gated community provides peace and safety throughout your stay.

Fairway Dunes 11 guests have access to the Fairway Dunes community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
