This charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just two blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. You’ll also have 1GB WiFi and a Smart TV . The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and steps from the community pool/spa. The community is well-maintained and has easy parking spot access near the unit. The apartment has one covered parking spot for guests just a short distance from the apartment. We do not have neighbors above the apartment, but there are neighbors that share one wall and that are below the unit. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. We went for Innings music fest. The unit is within easy walking distance to the venue. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Our host was able to accommodate our request for an early checkin which was great since our flight got in at 9:00 am.

This listing is for 2 people. If you are over the age of 7 and are not made of jell-o, then you absolutely cannot sleep on the futon in the living room without becoming a paraplegic. Also, we are not smokers and the place reaks of cigarette smoke. Which is funny since there are signs everywhere telling you you’ll be fined if you smoke. Other than that, it was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and the king size bed was comfy. Although the duvet didn’t have a cover and was only sandwiched in between two flat sheets. Very odd. Also, the hot tub at the complex was not on, it was freezing. We were looking forward to an evening or two in it and don’t get it. It’s December, it should be on. Very close to ASU, the airport and Whole Foods. If you’re looking for a cheap place, it works.

Ease of access to the apartment was really nice after a long day of travel. I looked for a place soecifically with a pool for my kids. We unfortunately brougbt the cool weather with us and only enjoyed a little pool and hottub time. The communitcation with the team was good. The only downside is is that you can hear a lot of air traffic as it it in close proximity to the airport and the downstairs neighbors came to visit us and tell us they could hear a ton of foot traffic above them. They were very nice and respectful, but something to keep in mind if you have kids!The
