Very clean and comfortable. Could use a hairdryer and more comfortable seating in living room area. Very responsive host. Easy walk to First Street and everything downtown offers. Highly recommend

Nice little place for the two of us. We enjoyed many pleasant walks north to the downtown and riverfront area, and east toward the Edison Winter Estate and along McGregor. Easy to drive to the various places we went for golfing, shopping, spring training baseball, etc. We were initially surprised to learn of the studio apartment right behind our space on the property, but the tenant was quiet, respectful and usually away during normal workday hours. We didn’t park in the carport to better accommodate the two vehicles which worked just fine. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice and quiet at night. Vanessa was extremely prompt to respond to all messages. We enjoyed our two weeks there.
