Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
I don't ask for anything special at checkout. Just wash as many of the used dishes as you can (you can start the dishwasher as you leave), leave any dirty towels in the bathroom, and leave beds unmade.
The detached garage behind the home is used for supply storage. Cleaners and handypeople might be there occasionally during your stay. There is also an electric vehicle charger on the garage that is offered to those in need if it's not being used.

Excellent property in a great location. Better than described and perfect for a dog. Very accommodating!

The host communicated with us every step of the way. He checked on us and responded quickly if we had any questions. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We would have liked for a tv to be in both bedrooms, however, overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Property was clean and pretty much as described. It is, however located near a train track and we were awakened by a train going by twice each night there.
Also, I would have preferred to have a television in each of the two bed rooms.
