AMAZING POOL! Quiet Gated Community. SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT CLOSE BY. Less than 3 miles from the State Farm Stadium and West Gate Entertainment Complex! Minutes away from Desert Diamond Casino, Tanger Outlet Mall, and many GREAT dining options.
Close to Loop 101 at Indian School Rd on the West side of Phoenix. Just renovated! This spacious condo is "picture perfect". Close to the pool, workout center, and outdoor grills.
Beautiful granite countertops, tons of closet space, COMFY furniture, nice patio for happy hour, evening dining or sipping coffee at the beginning of your day.
Convenient Keurig coffee maker, regular Mr Coffee pot, water kettle for traditional tea making, toaster, crock pot, mixer...all the small appliances you need if you want to cook at home. Tons of dishware, glasses, mixing bowls, etc
We have two KING size beds waiting to "lull" you to sleep. Relax after a busy day in the main bedroom, offering a walk-in closet & a private bathroom for added comfort. Both bathrooms have large vanities with granite tops. AND both bathrooms have hair dryers! Quality linens and pillows. A comfy leather sofa and chair plus a large flat screen TV. TVs in both bedrooms, Amazon firesticks provided.
Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board. We provide your first few days of supplies such as; laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.
Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!
Free WiFi and Free wireless internet!
Pet friendly, one dog up to 20lbs, additional fee of $20/per night up to $200 per stay.
In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings MAY be required on all reservations over 30 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out at an additional $125.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.
HOA permits to have up to two (2) guests in the pool area at any given time. 6 people in total.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is perfectly located and convenient to everything. Very clean, kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking. Property managers are quick to respond for owners.

The property was amazing! There was a packet of information with very explicit instructions that was easy to follow and made the stay a breeze! So glad this is what we chose!

Very good communication prior to arriving, and also with phone calls while renting. If is great place, close to highway and many stores. We just found the TV difficult , tried to resolve on phone but never worked. While watching TV the program would stop, freeze up and there was no way to get back to it. This was on Prime and the regular TV, especially sports programs. I really think it is an issue with the internet provider. Happened with movies and shows. Very frustrating.

What a great place to stay. Close to the stadium entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had enough pots and pans available if we wanted to eat in. We enjoyed the gym and spent lots of time around the pool area. Will definitely be back next visit to Phoenix!
