Beautiful Bay view. Close to beach but have to drive or take the trolly. Overall good. Would stay there again.

This was our second stay here at this location and the same unit. Amazing as usual. The private deck is great for coffee in the morning and my boys love fishing here. You can watch all the boats go by on the inter-coastal and watch dolphins. It's within walking distance from the restaurants etc. near the draw bridge. Short drive to Siesta or Turtle beach. Very quiet property. Everyone we met on the grounds were very friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, the place was very nice and clean. However, there were a couple issues. The refrigerator/freezer was not making any ice or water the entirety of our stay. I reached out to the property manager on the second day of our stay about this issue, and they said they would send a technician but never did. I messaged back and forth repeatedly, and they assured me they would have a technician there to fix it. By the time we left on day 8, it was still not fixed. There were a couple smaller issues as well. The back sliding door did not lock but only had a piece of wood to secure the door from opening. The secondary bedroom door would not fully open and close when the murphy bed was pulled down. Very minimal amenities were provided like only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay for 4 people. Finally, steps from Siesta Key Beach is a stretch as it is a good 25 minute walk or 10 minute trolley ride without traffic.
