This historic home was originally built in 1870, and renovated from top to bottom with all the modern amenities over the last year.
Everything in this 5,000 sq. ft. home has been updated to accommodate large groups and gatherings. The home sleeps up to 22 people, and there is plenty of street parking, as well as a concrete drive in back with privacy fence and automatic gate.

This historic home has original 14 foot ceilings with 12 foot doors, all original trim and windows that have been professionally restored to their glory, as well as hardwood herringbone patterned floors, flat screen TV's in every room, Exercise Room, Office with Apple Desktop, Board Games and Books, Wine Cellar, 1800 Thread Count Sheets, Bath Sheets for every bathroom, a blue tooth speaker and lightshow projector for 3rd floor. The kitchen will blow you away with the amenities, including a 48" gas stove with double oven and griddle, quartz island with apron sink and touchless faucet, Ninja Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker. Porch has outdoor furniture. Outdoor area is fully concrete with automatic gate and gas/propane grill.

I am available 24/7 to answer any questions and actually own the neighboring property as well that operates as an air b and b. We have full time maintenance staff and cleaners.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in town for my wedding, and the host truly helped make such an important time in our lives stress-free and memorable. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, the parking was convenient, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.The host was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. After the excitement and planning that goes into a wedding, it was wonderful to have such a clean, relaxing place to come back to.Thank you for helping make our wedding trip so special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future.

What a home! It was an outstanding historic layout and sooo much room for all of us. Loved the huge gated parking area.

The home was amazing! Unfortunately, we had an extremely difficult time accessing the drive way from the alley that was not drivable due to snow. Instead of the host accommodating us (out of town guests), we had to pay someone to plow. The host simply informed us that it was a City issue and they could do nothing about it. Disappointing.
