It's a 3 level house with the master on the top level with a king sized bed and en suite stand up shower bathroom with a beautiful private balcony overlooking our fenced back yard with views of Providence in the distance. The main level has a bedroom with a single bed and full bathtub shower bathroom, living room and great room kitchen/dining room with wall full of windows that brings the outside indoors with lots of natural light. There's also an unfinished section in this level with a small pool table and fooseball as well as washing machine and dryer.

House was exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The message chair was a nice suprise.

Such a neat property with tons of potential!Josh made check in a breeze. He was quick to respond to questions. Beautiful little yard/ courtyard. Well outfitted (except for bowls). Loved the massage chair. Beautiful sunrise view from upstairs bedroom & upstairs balcony was a delightful spot for coffee. Nice location. Large windows & spiral stairs made it super cool! Upstairs carpet was so soft. But DIRTY. Trash in the couch cushions, muck stuck on the living room carpet, mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. Some cups in cabinets & silverware in drawers still had food on them. The lawn chairs at the entrance were falling apart. The kitchen sponge was nasty. Several light fixtures missing lightbulbs. The shampoo/ conditioner in the showers was congealed. Toothbrush containers/ soap containers, laundry basket, & bathroom radiator cover were broken. Really nice place that just needs a THOROUGH cleaning. We really wanted to give a better review because it's such a neat property, but the dirtyness was pretty bad.
