Escape the crowds and step into your own private retreat in the heart of Istria.

Imagine waking up to warm sunlight streaming through your bedroom doors, walking straight onto your terrace, and starting your day with a refreshing swim in your own private pool. No schedules. No shared spaces. No distractions. Just space, comfort, and complete freedom.

This is Villa Stella. A modern, private villa designed for guests who value privacy, quality, and effortless relaxation.

Located in a quiet residential area near Labin and just a short drive from the crystal-clear beaches of Rabac, Villa Stella offers the rare combination of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Istria’s most popular coastal and cultural destinations.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area, allowing you to move seamlessly between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The fourth bathroom is shared and includes a washing machine for longer, more convenient stays. Every bathroom reflects a clean, modern design with timeless elegance.

At the heart of the home, a spacious, sun-filled living area flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen built for both casual mornings and long, social evenings. From cookware and tableware to a dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, toaster, and filter coffee machine, everything is in place so you can focus on enjoying your time, not managing logistics.

Every room in the villa is individually air-conditioned, giving each guest complete control over their personal comfort, whether you prefer cool nights or warm, sun-filled afternoons.

Outside, a newly designed private pool sits within a generous 1600 square meter property, offering rare levels of space and privacy. There is room to relax, play, dine, and unwind without ever feeling overlooked or confined.

Next to the pool, an outdoor barbecue area and covered veranda create the perfect setting for long summer evenings. Grill local specialties, share a bottle of Istrian wine, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere that only a private estate can provide.

Daily essentials, restaurants, and cafes are just a five-minute drive away, while the famous beaches of Rabac can be reached in approximately fifteen minutes by car, making day trips simple and spontaneous.

Villa Stella is not a typical holiday rental. It is a private space designed for meaningful time, real comfort, and memorable moments shared with the people who matter most.
