Great communication from host. Property location great, especially for the Cocoa beach air show. Condo humid but overall clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen tools, beach chairs and bonus tennis rackets.

Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. Kids loved the comfy couch and bunk beds. Location is wonderful, steps from beach and close to great shops and restaurants.

Our host was very informative and frequently checked in. The condo was well stocked, from inside to beach equipment. Pretty much everything under the sun. The beach was a short walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping near the condo. Very clean and updated. Pool and hot tub was heated which was really nice in Jan.
