Safe secure residence with private security. Community pool and basketball court. Sleeper sofa available. House is fully furnished. Feel nice and secure. Parking available. 2 bedrooms, air conditioners in every room. Any questions feel free to reach out. There is a small shopping plaza outside the residence offering various food options. There is another shopping plaza with supermarket and various restaurants approximately 4 minutes away.

This property is great and a real taste of the culture of Santa Anna. The owner, Mario is very helpful and responds to any questions. I would book this again and even consider a long term stay, too.

Overall it was good. There were some things that probably need attention. For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. In general, I was a good stay and wood consider staying there again
