The house was in a lovely, quiet location with views of alligators floating past the screened lanai on most afternoons. There was plenty of bedding, towels, pool floats, beach toys, and games - don't worry about packing your own! The host was readily available to answer any questions. Ten of us (mostly kids) stayed for over a week during Christmas break and flew home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The house and property was amazing for a family get-together. Close to Gasparilla Island as well as restaurants and shopping. Spacious for at least 6-7 people, 8 or nine if they have small kids (2-8 years old). The only complaint was the grill, it barely worked and there was a 1/2 tank of propane. But, its honestly such a minor complaint. My family had a great time and would stay there again.

Everything was great the front porch lite needs to be cleaned and the primary bathroom seemed to have slow drains.
