The rental was very clean and extremely nice! It was easy to access the room and felt the two locked entrances added to the secure feeling of the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. Location was great as we could easily walk toward the Garden District or Jackson Square areas. Several parking options nearby—we parked in a paid lot. The cold drinks in the refrigerator and chips to snack on was an appreciated gesture. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location near the convention center for our weekend stay. Several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

I found the check-in and checkout easy and thorough. The Iris was well equipped and clean. The marble floors in bathroom were a bit slippery and could benefit having a nonslip rug available. Having a nice washer and dryer was wonderful. I would recommend staying in the Iris. Parking in the Piccolo lot was close and full of security cameras. Management was very helpful and responded quickly.
