First, this condo is in the perfect location. It's bikeable to Ft. Zachary Taylor park and many hot spots on Duval and other attractions. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We've stayed in the Truman Annex five previous times, but this was our first time renting via Compass. We chose this condo for it's location at our preferred pool. However, the pool temp was too hot and we were given conflicting stories by Compass personnel as to whether it was broken or not. It wasn't fixed at all while we were there. They did fix a problem with our shower within a few hours. Overall a very nice place to stay.
