This beautiful second-floor condo is conveniently located in the crescent and has spectacular views of the ocean and the pool. Step out the front door to the community sundeck and catch a game of tennis or sit back and watch gorgeous sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit is fully furnished and includes TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer in unit. King bed in the master bedroom, queen and twin in the guest bedroom, and even a sleeper sofa for that extra guest.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

Clean, quiet, pleasant with good view and easy access to the beach. Owner reacted to questions very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay and the area was great. The only reason for three stars is due to communication. We checked in around 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We had no power in the living room and called the emergency maintenance line (which was a cell phone) a number of times and received no return calls. We left five different messages, emailed the property manager, and the office staff and no one got back with us until the next morning. Once the property manager did get back with us she was quick to find someone to repair the issue, but we were without power from 5:00pm Saturday until 12:00 pm Sunday, which was very frustrating. When I asked why maintenance never returned our calls all she said was "I'm not sure.". All in all it was a great trip, but communication could be better.
