A COMPLETE CONDOMINIUM ACCOMMODATION! OVER 700 SQUARE FEET - with FULL KITCHEN and PRIVATE PATIO with Dune Views!!! Inn Keepers/Owners available to provide any additional requested conveniences! - So much better than even the best hotel room!

GO BACK IN TIME! Wonderful Authentic Historic Beach House! Bottom Floor - easy living, clean, comfortable, fully furnished and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular views from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furniture, etc.! And 2016 exterior... new metal roof, newly installed vinyl windows, new fiberglass doors, reconstructed decks... Updated yes, YET maintaining the historic charm such as original wood plank walls and ceilings of yesteryear! With open windows hear the surf just steps away! The strong bones of the beach house have survived five major named hurricanes over the years, yet hear the creaks of the footsteps and faint, muffled joyous laughter of other House Guests above. Even the upgraded blown-in open-cell foam insulation between floors wasn't enough to negate the wonderful sounds of this historic Beach House. The private covered back patio provides peaceful views of the coastal backyard plantings and swaying tall grasses. Side open-air patio area provides additional private sitting and relaxation. Loved this beach place. Extremely clean and well supplied with just enough of everything! Had a great Birthday with the kids & grandkids! Access to beach was amazing perfect, so close! Enjoyed grilling steaks in the outside grill area! Close to boardwalk and shops!

Amazing Stay at Carolina Beach!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at “The Carolina Beach House” located at 1210 1/2 Carolina Beach Avenue N, Carolina Beach, NC, 28428The place is warm, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The house is older but exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and full of character. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the location. The beach is literally just steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, relaxing afternoons by the ocean, and breathtaking sunrises. Watching the sun come up over the water from this area was truly unforgettable.The neighborhood was another pleasant surprise. It offered the perfect balance close to everything we wanted to enjoy, yet not overcrowded or overly busy, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing beach experience.Most importantly, our host, Genevieve, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She personally gave us a tour of the property, answered our questions, and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Her hospitality made a great stay even better.We created wonderful family memories here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, comfortable beach getaway in an excellent location.Thank you, Genevieve,
