Great view, lots of space, very nice and helpful workers in the lobby downstairs. Lack of communication from the host, hotel smelled like cigarettes, and the door was hard to work.

Very clean, close to shops, restaurants and sites. Perfect for what we needed.

Place was perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. Walkable to all museums , major shopping areas and all the restaurants and bars . Metro is just down the street so that’s easy to get around madrid even from the airport if you prefer that more than a cab.
Maybethe couch in the living room and some extra kitchen stuff, like a salad bowl or a strainer if we want to make pasta.

I asked in April whether we could check luggage for the day since we arrived so early. No one ever answered, but when we arrived they were willing to check luggage. This needs to be made more clear.
No soap in the bathroom & the ceiling over the tub was peeling.
Small & incredibly uncomfortable pillows.
Not a horrible stay as the location was great for us & we had a nice view. But…
