A big house to enjoy with your favorite family or friends. The house has four spacious bedrooms. Three double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Three bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor is one bedroom next to the lounge, kitchen and eating area. Perfect for elderly persons who do not want to climb stairs. There is a bathroom right next door. The lounge, kitchen and dining area have lots of space to prepare meals or just lounge around. Open the glass doors and you are a few meters from the pool. A big BBQ area to make some outside grills.
The area is what we call the center of Calheta as there are some local shops, a small supermarket, health center and local restaurants. The access is near main streets that go down to Calheta Beach in 4 minutes, Rabaçal in 15 minutes and to the express was in 5 minutes.
The house gets sun the whole day long but open the windows and you feel a slight cool breeze passing the house.
