It is located near shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink open in winter, 300 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF as well as cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car).

DINING ROOM and LIVING AREA: (parquet floor) 20m2, sofa and armchairs, television, south-facing balcony terrace 7 m2 with beautiful view of the village and slopes,
