Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
The luxurious, modern Villa Niko, located in the western part of the Istrian Peninsula, leaves nothing to be desired. The fully fenced garden features a large, well-maintained pool and a spacious, covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue.
On the first floor of the villa, you’ll find a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The interior is fully air-conditioned, and the house is equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay in Istria.

The house is very nice with modern interieur and a very good climate control. The kitchen is well equipped and there were even towels for the pool. My highlight was the large and well maintained pool and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. We enjoyed the stay very much!

My family of 4 and a friend stayed for a week, finally getting to Istria after numerous covid cancellations. The villa was excellent, communication was great and there were some welcome treats for us too! Highly recommended
