Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Loved the art deco design Room was huge!! Great location. Building is dated but really nice. Only complaint was sliding doors wouldn’t open. Couldn’t even access balcony except through the one room.

The pictures that were shown for the listing were not accurate with the condo we stayed in. Very clean with beautiful views of the ocean.

Overall good stay. Excellent location. Few issues though. 30 Dollars per day for parking which is excessive and was not mentioned up front especially when you’d imagine it would be included. The apartment needs some work because there are some cracks in the walls and the furniture is a little old and not in the best condition. The kitchen supplies are very limited and the windows are dirty on the outside.
