We chose this property because my granddaughter was playing softball at the USSSA national championships. It was a very convenient location for us. Just a few minutes from the beach, the Foley sports Plex and the Gulf Shores Plex. The property was very clean and there were a lot of beach accessories, which made our couple of beach days nice. Having the washer and dryer there as well as the kitchen made our stay easy. We didn’t do much cooking but it seemed like it was well appointed. There were two coffee pots. The property is very clean and tastefully decorated. Aleathea was prompt to respond to questions. The only reason I did not give a five star review is that we didn’t appreciate the “house rules“ about having to do all the towels before leaving and stripping the beds as well as taking all the trash to the dumpster and washing and putting away all the dishes. She did allow us to leave a few towels that we needed for that morning before we departed and as it turned out, my granddaughter left the beach towel in the car so we had to leave that also. If you don’t mind doing housework on vacation, this will be perfect.

The condo at The Colony was such a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, roomy and very accommodating for our time there. Communication was quick and very helpful. Where the condo was located is quiet and serene. Thank you for such a comfortable time!

Perfect location, clean, safe and friendly area

What a great place to stay!! Centrally located to everything!! If you don’t want the hustle of staying on the beach this is the spot. We could literally get anywhere we needed to go rather quickly. Host was very helpful, nice, responsive, and left detailed instructions on checking in. Condo was very clean and accommodating, has everything you need. If you forgot something for the beach, don’t worry they have it there! Thank you for having such an inviting place and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
