Built in 1886 “The Cottage” is the only wood framed dwelling still standing in Capitol Hill after The Great Fires of 1910.

My daughter and I came to Denver to visit because she plans to move there and we wanted to have a good look around. The cottage was the perfect central location. Everything was as lovely as could be.

It was an amazing experience the house is beautiful it is immaculate cozy warm loved and everything. I would stay there every time I come to Colorado. The hostess Christine was helpful thoughtful in consent contact she is exceptional in every way. I love the cottage the neighborhood the area the food in the area it was the best. Lily
