Welcome to Bluewave Summer! This beautiful, brand-new home in Bluewater Landing is officially complete and ready to welcome its guests. Nestled in the sought-after Blue Mountain Beach area, it offers the perfect balance of coastal luxury and laid-back charm. Whether you're gathering with extended family or vacationing with friends, Bluewave Summer provides the space, comfort, and high-quality features you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

*Spacious open layout, perfect for entertaining and spending time together
*Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed
*Custom-built-in bunk beds
*Private media room with a daybed (rollaway bed available upon request)
*Large Smart TVs in all bedrooms and media room
*85-inch Smart TV in the main living room for movie nights or game day
*Fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, an expansive gas range, and a convenient pot filler
*Private driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles
*Outdoor gas grill
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

The house was just as advertised on VRBO. Plenty of supplies, very clean, and lots of room. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the beach, depending on which beach inlet you use. I would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart.

Beautiful property....just as described except its more of a 4 bedroom with a "media" room. It describes the bed, in the "media" room, as a twin bed, but its more like a futon/couch that does not have a regular "twin" matress shape. So the twin sheets don't fit properly. I would say it is not suitable for an adult, which is who stayed in the room.....and there is also not a closet in that room. When I booked there was no picture of the "media" room.The house is spacious and beautifully decorated and in a great spot. It had everything we needed and then some. Restaurants, shops, the beach is literally right at your fingertips.
