Welcome to Sunny Ledgeview Retreat, a 1,812 sq. foot luxury villa featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This pet-friendly home comes with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Please note that there is a $150 pet fee for each pet.
The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms, offering contemporary style for your comfort. Whether you seek relaxation or wish to enjoy the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Overall the stay was fine. There were some things that needs some care. The fridge or other kitchen outlets did not work on arrival. We did figure out the breaker needed a reset so they worked fine after that. The drain in the master bath sink is clogged. The remote to the downstairs tv is horrible. We changed the batteries and this did not help and we battled it all weekend, often freezing up and not working at all.
