Can Cocou is a great maintained holiday finca in absolutely quiet location. The finca is located on a beautifully landscaped plot with large lawn, almond trees and a fenced pool not far from the sea. From the kitchen you can go down a staircase to the back of the garden. From the living room you are in a corridor from which the 4 bedrooms lead off. The house is very generously divided and also the bedrooms are very spacious. The Erdgeshcoss has a bathroom en suite and another separate bathroom.

An external staircase leads to the studio on the first floor. This studio is equipped with a small kitchenette, a living room and a separate bedroom. There is also a shower room. The Finca Can Cocou is a great family vacation or ideal for group trips and is located in a great, quiet location.
