Very clean and close to downtown Bryson City. Would definitely recommend

Excellent property - well-maintained and very clean, well stocked kitchen was impressive. Well within walking distance of the downtown area with great restaurants and cafes, stores and the Great Smoky Mountain Railway (which is great BTW).Only issue - no written check-out chores list! I had to contact the property manager for instructions, but got a very prompt reply from Morgan.We will stay here again…

We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. Communication was excellent, we were even notified that the place was ready early and offered early check-in, along with a thoughtful travel playlist and clear checkout instructions. The hot tub was freshly cleaned and serviced on the day of our arrival. Everything was within walking distance as described, and the home itself is beautiful. There are a few stairs to the upstairs area, but my parents had no difficulty using them, especially with the handrails provided. The fenced backyard was perfect for our fur baby. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is nice and you get what you see. We were disappointed that we didn't have wifi, internet or tv. I called the property manager the first morning of the first full day of our stay and he said he was working on it but then went silent and didn't communicate for the remainder of our stay. We went there for outdoor activity but I had some work to do and this put a damper on that. We also like to watch a little tv, especially local news in the morning and that wasn't an option either. Disappointed with this rental. We did enjoy being in downtown Bryson City and within walking distance of numerous attractions. We enjoyed white water rafting and the Great Smokey Mountains Railway Tour.
