GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The "Beach Penthouse" is spacious and covers the entire floor including a private elevator, on one of the favorite beaches, Belle Mare Plage, 1 hour from the airport.
The "Beach Penthouse" is part of the Aurore complex, with a sleek and modern design set in a tropical garden with a communal swimming pool, a private terrace, offering stunning views of the sea and the lagoon of the coast.
The immediate neighbors are the Long Beach Hotel and the Solana Beach Hotel, with good restaurants.

The "Beach Penthouse" offers long walks on our white sandy beach, crystal clear water, swimming pool and sun loungers. In addition, the service of a maid is included.

Water sports including diving, underwater walking, parasailing, kitesurfing, tubing, as well as a selection of restaurants can be found next to the resort. Not to mention the Water Park just 5 minutes away.

THE PENTHOUSE

The same interior designer of the largest hotels in Mauritius, designed the interior of the "Beach Penthouse". The kitchen is Italian-made, plus 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, cot and high chair, 2 bathrooms.
2 bedrooms as well as the dining room and living room have sea views, as you can see in the photos and all have air conditioning, including the living/dining room. 2 private parking spaces are allocated to the penthouse.

The apartment complex was developed on a 6,000 square meter plot in 2009 with a 60-meter beachfront. The owners have managed to develop a six-star property. Most of the new owners are relatives and close friends.
It is an area of 320 square meters, 200 square meters of living space, and 120 square meters of open terrace.

Living Space: Large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful ocean views. The dining table seats 10 people; there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The living room has a smart TV with local channels and Canal Sat, YouTube and Netflix channels. FAST WIFI that allows you to stay connected with your loved ones or if needed to work.

Kitchen: In addition to the large fridge in the kitchen, there is a separate wine/champagne fridge; Also modern oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso machine (capsules not included) and dishwasher. Large sliding glass doors open onto the roof terrace.

Terrace: The terrace is a large space as you can see in the photos. It has a partly covered pergola with a table and chairs. 2 more sun loungers around the pool and garden to the beach. Amazing sea views.

Master bedroom: double bed with dressing room and built-in wardrobes. It is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace with sea views.

2nd bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace with sea views.

3rd bedroom: 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes. It is air-conditioned and opens onto its own balcony.
Shower room for bedrooms 2 and 3: large shower, washbasin, WC.

The plus: Laundry room with washing machine.

COMPLEX

The complex has fifteen apartments in total, sharing an infinity pool (maximum depth of 1.6 m). The land is well planted and landscaped, with a gardener and a housekeeper working five days a week. The complex is professionally managed and well maintained.

SECURITY

The complex is fenced and secured, with CCTV cameras around the entire perimeter. It is staffed by 24-hour security guards.

SERVICES


Our Manager will welcome you. For late arrivals, we organize your first dinner at an additional cost if booked at least 4 days before.
The housekeeper works 3 hours, 5 x a week. Discuss fewer hours/days with the manager if you prefer more privacy.
She will do the cleaning, make the beds and change the sheets.
