A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach. Very private with an abundance of nature to view, and a full kitchen MINUS a oven and dishwasher, although there is a hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave. There are WINDOW AC units that do an amazing job of cooling down the little cabin too. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

It is rustic and private and with any cabin in the woods we make every effort to keep pests away but sometimes things are inevitable even with pest treatment regularly.
