Welcome to this charming cottage tucked away in an amazing cove with incredible views. This gem is the perfect place to relax away from it all and enjoy Lake Martin living. The screened front porch boasts one of the best unobstructed views on the lake. Lake and private dock access are just steps away!
This is also a great stay for Auburn football games. It is only a 40 minute drive to the stadium and right on the lake.
This is a family friendly house with an open kitchen/dining/living area, 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The yard is perfect for games, and the cove is right around the corner from Chucks Marina.
Though the cottage was built in the 70s, all of the small appliances, beds, bedding, and linens are brand new. It will comfortably sleep 8 with plenty of room for air mattresses if needed.
Family gatherings are great as this house is directly next door to VRBO listing: 281006

The lake view is beautiful!

The location was great. Enjoyed staying on Lake Martin and having a great dock to jump off and nice stairs to get out of the lake. The outside is amazing. The inside has an older feel and is very comfortable. Lots of room. Would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family! It’s really nice, but not too perfect or too modern. Greg was easy to communicate with and a great host. I really hope to get to stay her again in the future.

We have stayed at this property twoce now, and both times have been amazing! The easy laid back vibe is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Greg is a great manager and prompt in responding to messages. Definitely will be back again! War Eagle!
