This beautifully outfitted townhome features all new furnishings, including Casper mattresses in both bedrooms, Smart TVs throughout and a new propane grill.
The spacious living area offers two seating areas, a sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course. Guests have access to a powder room just off the living area for added convenience. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and a dining area with seating for 6.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main bedroom features a king bed, golf course views, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.
Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty.
