Would have been a 4/5 but too many things needed work. View was great, good beach, easy to get to. The house was pretty typical beach house. The grill was terrible (the bottom fell out the 1st time we tried to use it. The sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock, had to use broom handles, shades in bedrooms difficult to work. The pillows were about the worst we’ve ever found in a VBRO. No ice maker or trays. One of bathrooms had water on the floor all the time.
