Welcome to Sugar Beach F-26! This townhome is perfect for families and friends traveling together. Sugar Beach F-26 offers 1 king bed located in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms, allowing this condo to sleep 6 comfortably. Relax on the patio after a long day at the beach and enjoy some post- beach grilling. Utilize the fully stocked kitchen to prep a meal with your family and guests and gather around the kitchen table where you can plan your beach itinerary for the day. Sugar Beach F-26 is just a short walk from the white sandy beaches. There are two public access points within a quarter mile, either East or West of Gulf Blvd. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles. With just a short walk to the Gulf, these sugar sands could host your next vacation at Sugar Beach F-26.
*The parking lot will be resurfaced from November 17th to 22nd, weather permitting. During this time, parking will be limited, and designated spots will be provided. Construction crews will be on-site. Please contact our team for further questions.

Snowbird Season runs November through February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Enjoy your mornings overlooking the white sandy beaches and emerald waters from your private patio. The complex provides a fantastic location for your next family vacation or couples getaway.

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. a text message was sent upon arrival that the handle to the glass outer door was in need of repair - it was not repaired during our stay - and there was not follow up communication from the host regarding this.otherwise the unit was clean - location was excellent - rooms were as described - worth the price for the unit

Property was clean and description was accurate. Only a couple of issues. Handle to glass door needs repair (kept coming off). Shower did not work in upstairs guest bathroom. We love the location and quick access to the beach!

Nice clean unit. Good AC. Master bed is comfy but the others are very stiff. It’s an older condo but in a good location. The boardwalk to the beach has a lot of stairs so you can’t really use a wagon. Good bang for the buck. Would stay there again.

The pros of this condo is location & the washer& dryer was a beast. The cons... beds are hard as a rock. EVEN the teenagers complained and they will sleep just about anywhere. I had to wash the couch cushions because they were gross, and while I understand the condo cleaning process( daughter of a condo cleaner) but it took a grand total of an hour on my first morning, the cleaning crew could have easily done that themselves. Sand/ food in the dishes... and a Frankenstein diy job on the flooring. For the price it was a very blah experience- we were close to the beach which was great & why we were there in the first place but the condo was a bit of a let down
