Ideally located in West Yarmouth, this spacious Cape-style home offers a classic summer retreat just under a mile from Seagull Beach on Nantucket Sound, one of the area’s most popular beaches. With its central location, you’ll have easy access to everything Cape Cod has to offer, from nearby dining and attractions to day trips across the region.
Inside, the home features a comfortable and functional layout with just under 1,300 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, with a dining area that seats six for easy gatherings. The living space is designed for relaxing after a day at the beach, with central air conditioning throughout to keep things comfortable.
The home offers three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, including one with a queen bed and another with a double bed and bunk beds. The second floor features a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it a great setup for families or small groups.

Very nice house with all of the amenities needed for a Cape vacation. Good location in a quiet neighborhood but is close to the beach and activities. The house was very clean and spacious. Wold love to stay here again!

We could not say enough about this house! We have been renting in the Cape for several years and have yet to find "our" spot. We are excited to say that this could be the one! The house was SO clean, had everything we needed and more. The space was perfect for our group which consisted of me, my sister and her 3 teenage daughters.
