Here you live in a fantastic house with an open-plan layout and high ceilings. Large windows with lots of light and views of the island's plains.

Outside there is a large and beautiful wooden terrace, which is partly covered and surrounds the large pool. The house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a large bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a large open-plan kitchen and living room. There is also an exit to the terrace from the sauna. The second floor consists of a living room with a large sofa and a bedroom. From here you have access to the balcony, from where you have a marvellous view of the open island landscape.

The house is located in picturesque Gillberga with several typical Öland houses and farms. The sea is only 1500 metres from the house and at about the same distance you will find limestone quarries, where everything from concerts to guided walks are offered in the summer. Öland is rich in sights and activities for all ages. Öland has several good golf courses, you will find Ölands Golfclub in Källatorp.
