Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ kitchen and dining area equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dual large capacity fridge, granite countertops, spacious kitchen island, and a dining table fit for 16 – great for meals with family and friends. Just behind the dining table you'll find the 9' shuffleboard table.
Continue further into the living room to find a mounted 86” flat screen television perfect for movie nights. On a nice day, open the sliding doors for fresh air and head outside to take a dip in your own private pool. Outside you'll find a comfy sofa seating and a number of loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. While hanging out, see if you can spot the flamingos in the garden.
After pool time, head upstairs to the epic arcade room to settle the score. You'll have 4 machines to duke it out on including Dance Dance Revolution and Big Buck Hunter.
When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 10 bedrooms including 2 Large Master Suites with spa-like soaker tubs. Another bedroom located on the first floor features a wheelchair accessible shower. Seven other bedrooms are located upstairs and most have an attached bathroom.

You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s home! Our group of 16 (7 adults and 9 kids) had more than enough space to spread out, relax, and enjoy our vacation together.The pool and hot tub were a favorite and gave us the perfect place to unwind on the days we wanted to stay in and relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. On the rare occasion we needed something, Matthew responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of.Matthew was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure we had a great experience from beginning to end.As a travel advisor, I pay close attention to the accommodations I recommend. I would confidently recommend this home to my clients and anyone traveling with a large family or group. Thank you, Matthew, for helping make our Florida vacation a memorable one!I think this version reads more like an authentic guest review while still carrying extra weight because of your professional experience. It’s warm, specific, and likely to be more persuasive to future guests.

This was a great stay for our family. There were 18 of us and this home sleeps 24 guests so we had plenty of room. We loved that there were lots of bathrooms and almost all were en suites. Mathew our host was great to work with and was quick to answer questions. A little disappointed in the number of pool towels available, only 10. The kitchen was great! An extra long table that we were able to seat everyone for meals. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators.

My only complaints is this is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE we waited for a ramp for entry no way to acess pool, bed was awful for Handicap needs a higher headboard. Only thing accessible is the shower. Plus bedroom is carpeted. Also we had limited use of pool with ph being off and chemicals being added. Pool guy comes in middle of day when everyone is using it. And the constant sound of the neighbors behind us of their pool alarm. ALL DAY! power on off one night also. Definitely not what we expected or relaxing!
