We loved every minute of our stay! The cottage was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The cottage is close to so many things and Jeffrey was very responsive and communicative. You can hear traffic from Rt 1, but it is not overly loud and did not bother us at all. We highly recommend this property and would love to return someday.

Easy to find, very near the highway. Entry code sent promptly to access the property. Cottage was cozy and welcoming. Nicely thought out outdoor areas. Would highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at one of the cabins, so we knew what to expect. We really like the location as it puts you within easy reach of Damariscotta, Boothbay and Pemaquid. The place is comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was pretty easy. Really liked having the Keurig for coffee in the morning. Was able to have an outdoor fire and toast some marshmallows. Light sleepers take note: for some reason the highway noise (which we barely noticed the first year we stayed here), was more noticeable than in past years, but still not enough to keep me awake.

This was an adorable 1 bedroom cottage in a quiet cottage community. The on-demand hot water was a bonus. The owner was very responsive, and check-in was seamless. I would recommend to anyone.
