A Great view of firework festivities and break wall from the beach. The house is not directly on the water but located on water side of M-25 about 75 yards to the water with a private beach access. Spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Picnic table and gas grill available. The house has room for 9 guests and is fully furnished.
The house is a perfect getaway being close to shopping and restaurants downtown. When you don't want the hustle and bustle of town you can go back to the house to relax in front of the fire or sit on the 3 seasons porch.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, host was very responsive and it was very spacious. Beautiful view of the lake and we really enjoyed watching the fireworks from the beach over the Fourth of July weekend. Very close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Had a really great weekend for my besties Bachelorette weekend! All the rooms were wonderful and fit 7 girls comfortably! The host was communicative and kind!

Overall clean. Easy to use lock box. Love caseville shopping. Us 5 girls were comfortable. Happy to have our own bed. Thank you … we had a blast !FYI to parents…Not necessarily a beach for little kids.
