This luxurious property can sleep up to 10 people and has lovely views, free fibre optic WiFi access, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach.
Built to a luxury specification, this 5 bed property has lovely views of the mountains and down to the sea. It is situated on the favoured east side of town, a quiet residential area, and is a 15 minute walk to the town centre of Nerja which has lots of quaint streets and a terrific choice of restaurants and bars.
The main lounge is modern with good quality leather sofas, occasional tables and is very spacious with air conditioning. It is equipped with free fibre optic Wi-Fi, a 50" Smart TV with English channels including Sky Sports.
The fully fitted kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and ample crockery and utensils.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.
Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a king size bed and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Bedroom 4 (in the apartment) has a king size bed.
Bedroom 5 (in the apartment) has two single beds.
The villa has been designed to take advantage of its south-westerly aspect with good sized terraces on four levels. The roof terrace has sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs, and panoramic views of the entire area. The living area terrace has tables and seating to accommodate ten people for alfresco dining and has a retractable sun awning. The terrace off the bedrooms leads down to the pool area terrace which has sunbeds, umbrellas and small side tables. This recently extended pool area now has a shaded terrace with hot tub (available at an additional cost), kitchenette, gas BBQ and bathroom facilities.
The apartment, which is accessed via steps leading from the swimming pool area, sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of a lounge, kitchen area, two bedrooms and shower room/WC.
The lounge has seating for 4 with a 40" Smart TV showing UK channels, plus free Wi-Fi via fibre-optic broadband, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen area has a mini hob, combination oven, fridge, a breakfast bar and four stools.
The 5.8 x 3.3m private pool can be heated to 28 degrees for an extra charde and the Hot Tub (spa) which is heated to 36 degrees is available for an extra charge.
There is also a gymnasium for your use throughout the year.

Pros: The facilities provided and nothing seemed to much trouble

Pros: Very quiet area to sit in the evening, yet 5 minute walk from restaurants and bars. Supermarket also close by for any supplies. Rooms are finished to a good standard and plenty of storage.
Clean pool and bbq area make it a very relaxing place to spend some time.
Cons: Hill from the beach was probably the only point for me.
As with other properties in Spain, you need to take bags to the large bins nearby. No great problem if you keep on top of it.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Miramar-everything was perfect for me and my family. You can tell that the owners want to make it a ‘home from home’, it has all of the facilities and amenities you need. Everything is in immaculate condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we’ve never stayed in a villa before and we have all said that we will definitely be back. The views from the villa are picturesque and we enjoyed many a night on the sun terrace admiring the views.
All in all, a fab holiday.
Property managers-always on hand to sort anything out or just answer any queries.
Villa was ready 2 hours before allocated time which really helped us with 2 young children.

Pros: The whole family (10pers) thought the accommodation was very nice and pleasant. So we feel quite at home in Nerja and we think the location of the Villa is good.
We have also booked a new week for 2027.
We enjoyed ourselves in Villa Miramar.
Cons:
Of course, there were some errors and shortcomings here too, which we hope will be improved for the next visit.
The Wi-Fi worked very poorly. It disconnected most of the time and if we connected more than one, it stopped and lagged. The children could not watch TV via Wi-Fi because it was too weak. We have stayed in many places in Nerja over the years and the Wi-Fi has worked perfectly. We found it frustrating.
So we hope that the Wi-Fi will be strong, fast and great the next time we come.
Apart from this, we enjoyed ourselves in Villa Miramar.
