This is a nice townhome. It was clean and easily accessible and on a peaceful street. The kitchen and living space is spacious. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend it if in Gainesville for an overnight trip.

Clean house, quiet area, and exactly how it is listed. The host was very communicative and responded efficiently. Would stay here again!

townhouse is in walking distance to stores

The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room. Everything was very clean. We were coming to town for a dance competition. Because we don't always get competition schedules until the week before, I specifically looked for a place that would allow for modifications and cancellations close to the check in date. I thought I'd found the perfect spot for us and booked for the two weekends we would be there. The first weekend was coming up, and 9 days prior to check in I received our schedule. We would not need the second night reserved, so I submitted the modification request. VRBO sent me an email saying the request was received and give the host 48 hours to respond. After 48 hours I hadn't heard anything so reached out to the host. They said they would check into it and get it resolved for me. I followed up with the host multiple times and was told each time that they were working on it. They also sent me their cancellation policy more than once. I told them each time that I understood the policy and was following it as outlined. It wasn't until the day of check in that I got a message from the host that said they had never received the request from VRBO and I would need to follow up with VRBO. At this point I was beyond frustrated. We were already en route and focused on getting our girls to the competition. Again, beautiful property. Just don't book if you think you might change plans.
