Just a short stroll from the beach and set within the relaxed coastal village of Duće, Villa Fryeri is a spacious modern retreat ideal for families or groups of up to eight. Positioned only 1.5km from the historic town of Omiš and 20km from Split, it offers easy access to both Adriatic adventures and cultural landmarks.

The villa’s clean-lined architecture and expansive interiors are matched by thoughtful design, from the open-plan living area filled with natural light to the panoramic views framed by glass walls. Four well-appointed bedrooms - including one on the ground floor - provide comfort and flexibility, with en-suite bathrooms, sea or mountain views, and smart storage.

Step outside to a sun-soaked terrace where the private pool features hydro massage and a counter-current setting - a hit with children and adults alike. The outdoor lounge, dining area, and electric barbecue make it easy to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

Location:

Duce offers a relaxed, easygoing base along one of Dalmatia’s most scenic stretches of coastline. This laid-back village sits between the Mosor mountain range and the Adriatic, just 1.5km from the lively, historic town of Omiš. The local beach is wide and sandy, ideal for families, and the surrounding area is dotted with traditional hamlets like Stare Duce, Zeljovici, and Krug - each with its own charm.

Omiš, once a pirate stronghold, is full of character. Explore its medieval fortresses, enjoy local dining, or take part in adventure activities along the Cetina River - from zip-lining to rafting. In summer, the town comes alive with open-air concerts and cultural events.

Just 20km away, Split blends ancient Roman ruins with buzzing markets and waterfront bars. Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a must-see. For a longer day trip, the islands of Brač, Hvar and the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir are easily reached by ferry.
