A few notes about your four-legged friends: we love animals, which is why your furry friends are welcome at our properties. We are confident that our guests—out of respect for the property and for the cleaning staff—will take care to remove their pets’ hair as much as possible. Unfortunately, in the past, we’ve had some dramatic and difficult-to-manage experiences that have caused us serious problems: we’re confident in our guests’ understanding and cooperation. In such cases, our policy is as follows: 1. ALWAYS notify us in advance of the pet’s breed, size, and coat type, as we reserve the right to decline certain requests; 2. Pets are ABSOLUTELY not allowed in the rooms or bathrooms, nor are they allowed to climb onto beds or sofas; 3. Rental linens will not be provided.
