The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.

Perfect for our little family!! The place was clean, had plenty of room and the best view for your morning coffee. We watched the dolphins swim up the channel one morning. Pure bliss. The only downfall was the next door neighbor was in the midst of renovations so the hallway stayed noisy and full of junk. But we’re loud to begin with so it wasn’t all that noticeable. Also not a big fan of the 3 flights of stairs with two small children, but nothing you can do about that! All in all, great place!
